- Family Information: Spouse, children, parents, and extended family details added by the member to the family profile.

- Occupational Details: Profession or business information shared optionally by members.
- App Usage Data: Login timestamps, session activity, and feature interactions for security and improvement purposes.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for technical support purposes.
All profile information is submitted voluntarily by members or their authorized family representatives. No information is collected without the member's knowledge.

How We Use Your Information
The information collected is used solely for community-related purposes within the Patanvada Mochi Samaj network:
- To create and maintain your community member profile in the directory.
- To enable the interactive Family Tree feature, showing generational relationships.
- To allow other verified community members to find and connect with you.
- To send important announcements, community news, and notifications within the app.
- To verify member identity and maintain the integrity of the directory.
- To support administrators in managing and moderating community data.
- To improve app performance, fix issues, and enhance user experience.
We do not use your data for commercial advertising, sell your information to third parties, or share it outside the community network.

Data Access & Visibility
Your privacy is our priority. Access to member data is strictly limited:
- Verified Members Only: Profile information is visible only to approved and logged-in members of the Patanvada Mochi Samaj community.
- Administrators: Authorized community administrators can access and manage profiles to ensure accuracy and resolve disputes.
- Approval Before Visibility: All new profiles go through an administrator verification process before appearing in the directory.
- No Public Access: The app and its data are not accessible to the general public or unregistered users.
The App supports Bilingual access (English and Gujarati), but language preference does not affect data privacy settings.

We take the security of your personal and family information seriously. The following measures are in place:

- Mobile number–based secure login ensures only authorized users access accounts.

While we implement strong safeguards, no digital system is entirely immune to risk. We encourage members to keep their login credentials confidential and report any suspicious activity immediately.

As a member of the Patanvada Mochi Samaj app, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: View all personal and family information stored in your profile at any time.
- Update: Modify or correct your personal details and family information through the app.
- Deletion: Request the removal of your profile and associated data by contacting the community administrator.
- Objection: Raise concerns about how your data is being used or who has access to it.

Section 06
Children's Privacy
The Patanvada Mochi Samaj App is intended for use by adult community members. Information about minors (children under 18) may be included as part of a family profile, entered by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly allow minors to register independently or create accounts.
If you believe a minor's information has been entered without appropriate consent, please contact the administrator immediately for review and action.

Third-Party Services
The App may use limited third-party services (such as hosting infrastructure or push notification services) to deliver core functionality. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are not permitted to use community data for their own purposes.
We do not integrate with social media platforms, advertising networks, or any external data brokers. No community data is shared beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the App.
